Step 1
Get your RNA Samples ready to amplify in PCR in 3 simple steps:
Step 1.- Upside-down the Sample in the MaxBuffer tube for 30seconds, then keep it static for 15min.
Step 2.- Upside-down mixing for 30s, then perform a Short Spin Centrifuge

We achieved good resuls on both Heated and Nonheated tests.
