The activation of the reverse transcriptase enzyme is under 95°C for 2 min and the HotStart DNA polymerase will start running, so users can operate the mixture of reaction buffer can under the bench. The Novel Green Plus fluorescent dye was specific binding with the DNA double strands ensure the consistency of the fluorescent signal and PCR Product. MaxSensi qPCR System-ROX Free is supplied at the 2X concentration to allow approximately 50% of the final reaction volume to be used for the addition of primer, template solutions, and RNase– free H2O. Reagents are provided with the sufficient amplification reactions of 20 μl each.
