The Novel Green Plus fluorescent dye was specific binding with the DNA double strands ensure the consistency of the fluorescent signal and PCR Product. The ROX I reference dye is a passive reference, which is used to normalize real-time PCR reactions. ROX dye provides an internal reference to which the reporter dye signal can be normalized, which is necessary to correct for fluorescent fluctuations due to changes in concentration, volume or light source intensity.
